Zusammenfassung:	A back pressure system comprises a valve seat (1), a fluid inlet (2), a fluid outlet (3) and a piston (4), wherein the piston (4) is blocked on a channel between the fluid inlet (2) and the fluid outlet (3), and the valve seat (1) is connected above the fluid inlet (2) and the fluid outlet (3). The back pressure system is characterized in that the upper end of the piston (4) is connected with a diaphragm (6), and the diaphragm (6) is hermetically connected with the upper portion of the piston (4); and a fluid cavity (61) is formed between the piston (4) and the valve seat (1), the lower portion of the piston (4) is sleeved with an annular sealing gasket (41), the upper end of the diaphragm (6) is connected with an air load chamber (5), and an air inlet valve (51), an air outlet valve (52)and a controller (53) are arranged outside the air load chamber (5). According to the back pressure system, use of a spring is avoided, back pressure side pressure is provided in a compressed air loading manner, long-term sta
