Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a ZrTi-based eutectic high-entropy alloy and a preparation method thereof. The chemical component expression of the alloy is Zr3Ti3FeaCobNic, wherein a, b and c in the formulaare respectively atomic percentages of Fe, Co and Ni elements, and meet the following conditions: a=0, and b=c=1; b=0, and a=c=1; and c=0, a=b=1 or a=b=c=2/3. The alloy with pre-designed components isprepared through a vacuum arc melting technology. The microstructure of the alloy is composed of a ZrTi-beta phase of a BCC structure and a Zr2Ti2 (Fea, Cob, Nic) phase of an FCC structure, and a rod-like completely eutectic structure is formed. Through the design of eutectic components, the casting performance of the ZrTi alloy is improved, and the machining process is simplified, so that the eutectic high-entropy alloy has wide application prospects in the fields of aerospace, machinery and nuclear industry.
