Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for extracting astaxanthin from phaffia rhodozyma. The method comprises the following specific steps of: carrying out shake-flask culture; carrying out fermentation culture; carrying out phaffia rhodozyma processing; extracting astaxanthin raw liquid; carrying out repeated extraction; and purifying the astaxanthin. In the method disclosed by the invention, in a phaffia rhodozyma culture process, precursor substances and culture liquid are added, the content of the astaxanthin contained in yeast is increased, and therefore, the astaxanthin which is finally extracted is increased. Meanwhile, by use of a bacillus circulans cytoderm lytic enzyme method, the yeast is subjected to astaxanthin releasing, the astaxanthin in the yeast can be extracted to a maximum degree, in addition, antioxidants are added in an extraction process, and the stability of the astaxanthin can be improved. Meanwhile, the method is simple to operate, has a high yield and has a high practical value.
