Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a production process of oil with high DHA monoglyceride and diglyceride content. The production process comprises the following steps: (1) lipase hydrolysis reaction: adding DHA algae oil into a first enzymolysis tank, adding purified water and lipase into the first enzymolysis tank, performing stirring, and carrying out enzymolysis at 40-50 DEG C for 8-12 hours; (2) separating the lipase from oil; (3) performing molecular distillation on the oil obtained in the step (2), and separating out a light phase to obtain a heavy phase; (4) lipase glycerolysis reaction: addingthe heavy phase obtained in the step (3) into a second enzymolysis tank, adding glycerol and lipase, then performing stirring, and carrying out enzymolysis at 45-55 DEG C for 8-12 hours; (5) separating the lipase from oil; and (6) carrying out molecular distillation on the oil obtained in the step (5), and separating out a light phase to obtain a heavy phase, namely the required oil with high DHAmonoglyceride and diglyce |
