Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a preparation method of 3-amino-4-chlorobenzoic acid hexadecyl ester. The preparation method comprises the following steps: by taking p-chlorobenzoic acid as an initial raw material, firstly carrying out acylating chlorination reaction on p-chlorobenzoic acid, DMF (Dimethyl Formamide) and a chlorination reagent to generate p-chlorobenzoyl chloride; then carrying out esterification reaction with hexadecanol to generate hexadecyl p-chlorobenzoate; then carrying out nitration reaction with sulfuric acid and nitric acid to generate 3-nitro-4-chlorobenzoic acid hexadecyl ester; and finally, carrying out a reduction reaction with hydrogen under the catalysis of raney nickel to generate the 3-amino-4-chlorobenzoic acid hexadecyl ester. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is high in yield, high in product purity and low in cost.
