Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a process method for recovering acetone from epoxypropane and methyl tert-butyl ether production waste liquid, which belongs to the technical field of waste liquid recovery. The acetone waste liquid is from a process of producing epoxypropane and methyl tert-butyl ether by adopting a co-oxidation technology, and the method comprises the following steps of firstly, adding an acidic catalyst into the acetone waste liquid to hydrate with water and methyl epoxypropane to remove main impurities, namely methyl epoxypropane, carrying out batch distillation on the methyl epoxypropane, extracting acetone containing water, methanol, methyl formate and methyl tert-butyl ether from the top of the tower, and extracting acetone containing a methyl epoxypropane hydration product,water and methanol from the bottom of the tower, and carrying out extractive distillation on the extracted acetone by taking water as an extracting agent to obtain an acetone finished product at thetower top.
