Desulfurization waste liquid treatment system and method

The invention relates to a desulfurization waste liquid treatment system and method, and belongs to the field of wastewater treatment. The method comprises the following steps: removing cyanides and organic matters in the desulfurization waste liquid in a multi-stage manner, and removing sulfate radicals and metal ions through chemical precipitation to generate a NaCl solution; and further electrolyzing the NaCl solution to generate NaClO3.
