The mechanism comprises a box body; a first refrigerating device is arranged inside the box body; the first refrigerating device is movably connected with the box body in a matched mode; a conveying belt is arranged on the first refrigerating device and movably connected with the first refrigerating device in a matchedmode; a conveying device is arranged at one side of the first refrigerating device; the conveying device is movably connected with the box body in a matched mode; a second refrigerating device is arranged at the upper end of the conveying belt and is fixedly connected with the box body; a controller is arranged at the upper end of the box body and electrically connected with the first refrigerating device and the second refrigerating device; and a feeding hole and a discharging hole are formed in one side of the box body.
