The preparation method comprises the followingsteps: (1) dissolving a surfactant and an alkali catalyst to obtain a reaction solution a; (2) adding a titanium source and a sulfur-containing silicon source into an ethanol/dilute acetic acid mixedsolution to obtain a reaction solution b; (3) mixing the reaction solution a and the reaction solution b to obtain a titanium dioxide nano microsphere aqueous dispersion with a hollow structure; and adding an aqueous solution of a auric acid compound, and carrying out mixing, reacting, centrifuging, drying, grinding and calcining to obtain the Au-doped titanium dioxide composite nano microsphere photocatalyst with the hollow structure.
