Method for preparing celecoxib capsule composition

The invention provides a method for preparing a celecoxib capsule composition. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparation of an adhesive; (2) premixing and wet granulation; (3) drying and grain sorting; (4) total mixing; (5) filling and the like. The celecoxib capsule composition is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 65%-68% of celecoxib, 23.0%-25.3% oflactose monohydrate, 2.7%-4.0% of croscarmellose sodium, 0.8%-1.2% of lauryl sodium sulfate, 4.1%-4.7% of polyvinylpyrrolidone K30 and 0.4%-0.5% of magnesium stearate, wherein the polyvinylpyrrolidoneK30 is an adhesive, and the celecoxib granularity D90 is 30-35 [mu]m, and D50 is 12-15[mu]m.
