The invention provides an image processing method and device and an image processing system, and the image processing method is applied to a first terminal and comprises the steps: dividing pixel points of a to-be-processed image into a plurality of ordered pixel groups according to a preset division rule, each pixel group comprises four pixel points, and each pixel point comprises brightness dataand chrominance data; generating first data and second data corresponding to each pixel group according to the brightness data and the chrominance data of the four pixel points in each pixel group; generating a first data set and a second data set corresponding to the to-be-processed image according to the first data and the second data corresponding to each pixel group of the to-be-processed image; respectively encoding the first data set and the second data set to obtain first encoded data and second encoded data corresponding to the to-be-processed image; and sending the first coded data and the second coded data
