Array substrate, display panel and display device

The invention discloses an array substrate, a display panel and a display device. The array substrate, the display panel and the display device are used for avoiding grid line and common electrode lead short circuit caused by electrostatic breakdown of a grid insulating layer. The array substrate provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises grid lines, data lines and pixel units, whereinthe grid lines and the data lines are arranged between at least part of adjacent pixel units; the array substrate further comprises a common electrode lead and a common electrode layer. The common electrode leads and the data lines are arranged on the same layer, extend in the same direction and are located between at least part of the adjacent pixel units. The common electrode layer and the common electrode lead are insulated through an insulating layer and are connected through a via hole in the insulating layer; the via holes are located in the area where the grid lines and the common electrode leads intersect.
