The system comprises attitude information acquisition equipment, an inter-rigid-body relative coordinate relationship calibration module, a first attitude information conversion module, a resolving module, a signal processing and data processing module, a wave control code calculation module and asecond attitude information conversion module. A pitching angle value and a rolling angle value are acquired in real time through the attitude information acquisition equipment, an actual direction of a radar beam under an antenna coordinate system is calculated through the first attitude information conversion module, beam direction compensation information is obtained, and electronic stabilityof a beam direction is achieved; target coordinates are converted into a geographic coordinate system to realize correction of a target direction; and a receiver gain is adjusted in real time to complete compensation according
