Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for indicating the concentration and the spraying effect of a biological protection filter medium on the surface of an adsorption fiber layer through trypan blue colordevelopment according to the interaction principle of trypan blue and polylysine. The method comprises the following steps of: dropwise adding a trypan blue detection liquid on an adsorption fiber layer sample cured with the biological protection filter medium; after incubation, washing the adsorption fiber layer with water until the color is stable, then comparing the developed color of the adsorption fiber layer with a colorimetric standard series, and identifying the concentration of polylysine on the adsorption fiber layer by adopting a visual colorimetric method; and identifying the concentration and the spraying effect of the biological protection filtering medium by combining the specific gravity of polylysine and other components in the biological protection filtering medium.
