The invention relates to the technical field of structure measurement, and aims to solve the problems of limitation and poor practicability in arrangement of an artificial target on the surface of a structure in a visual measurement process. The method comprises the following specific steps: performing image acquisition on a structure surface in a deformation process by adopting a stereoscopic vision system to obtain left and right image sequences, and preprocessing the image sequences; extracting feature points in the region of interest of a reference image and the search subareas of the image sequences; carrying out left and right image stereo matching and left and right image sequence matching at the initial moment; obtaining three-dimensional coordinates of each feature point at each moment; and obtaining the displacement information of the measurement structure.
