The invention provides a high-pressure hydrogen filling system based on temperature rise control. The high-pressure hydrogen filling system comprises a hydrogen compressor, a pressure reducing valve,a precooler, a hydrogenation machine, a hydrogenation gun, a temperature control system and a pressure control system, wherein the hydrogen compressor, the pressure reducing valve, the precooler, thehydrogenation machine and the hydrogenation gun are connected in sequence; the hydrogen compressor is used for compressing hydrogen; the pressure reducing valve is used for carrying out pressure reducing treatment on the compressed hydrogen; the precooler is used for adjusting the temperature of the compressed hydrogen; and the hydrogenation machine is used for adding the compressed hydrogen intoa hydrogen storage bottle of a required user through the hydrogenation gun.
