Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of impeller machining, and particularly relates to a method for connecting an impeller cover of a closed impeller with the impeller. The method is providedfor overcoming the defect that a blind area exists in the machining process of an existing closed impeller. The method comprises the following steps that the impeller is machined in an integrated manner, the split impeller cover is machined, impeller cover petals are assembled on the impeller, and a plurality of impeller cover petals are welded together through diffusion welding. According to themethod, the impeller cover is welded in a decomposition and synthesis manner, the conventional thinking manner is broken through, and meanwhile springback deformation, thermal deformation, cracks andthe like generated by welding after direct split manufacturing are reduced.
