Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a rotary type magnetic fluid assisted grinding, sheathing and electrolyzing composite processing device and method. The device comprises a base station, an insulating sealingclamp, a sheet-shaped alloy electrode, an excitation insulating sleeve, a molding coil winding, a sealing end cover and the like. In a processing process, voltage is applied between a workpiece and the sheet-shaped alloy electrode, and an electrolyte solution flows into the insulating sealing clamp and flows through at a high speed from a gap between the workpiece and the sheet-shaped alloy electrode, so that the workpiece is dissolved under action of electrochemical corrosion. The excitation insulating sleeve is in sealing and sliding connection to the sheet-shaped alloy electrode, and the sheet-shaped alloy electrode is pushed to move downwards under action of a machine tool, so that the workpiece is processed and formed.
