Zusammenfassung:The invention provides an application of micro-vesicles derived from umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells to preparation of a preparation for promoting regeneration of a post-traumatic skin appendagestructure, and relates to the technical field of hair regeneration. According to the application disclosed by the invention, with the observation on the post-traumatic hair of rats, the micro-vesicles can promote the regeneration of post-traumatic hair, such that the hair length and the hair weight are increased, and the high-concentration micro-vesicle effect is significant. The micro-vesicles can promote reasonable distribution of a skin structure, specifically, the structure of collagen is more reasonable, appendage structures are remarkably increased, and the number of hair follicles is increased.
