Spraying cooling can be conductedonly when the wall temperature is required to be less than 168 DEG C according to a design manual during pressure stabilizer maintenance, the temperature can be achieved only after at least four daysthrough a natural cooling method, and the maintenance waiting period is greatly prolonged.
