Assembling process of magnetron cathode assembly

The invention provides an assembling process of a magnetron cathode assembly. The assembling process comprises the following steps of S1, pre-assembling a pre-assembled part and molds; S2, welding andmold removal; S3, leak detection; S4, installing a filament and an upper end cap, and welding and fixing the filament and the upper end cap; S5, filament carbonization; and S6, resistance detection and titanium powder coating; wherein the pre-assembled part comprises a lower end cap, a long lead, a reflecting plate, a K side tube, a solder plate, a support body and a terminal assembly, and the molds comprise an upper mold and a lower mold.
