The high-precision incremental analog-to-digital converter comprises an input signal determination unit 100, a logic control unit 200, an analog signal gain amplifier 300, a quantization output unit 400 and a digital code translation unit 500 which are connected in sequence, wherein the logic control unit 200 is connected with the digital code translation unit 500.
