The method specifically comprises the steps: (1) loading two-dimensional graph-cut section vector data and a base point data table; (2) constructing a stratum pair set COU based on two adjacent two-dimensional graph cut profile elements; (3) readinga stratum pair from the COU, and constructing a boundary line set AL and a boundary line set BL; (4) converting the boundary line set AL and the boundary line set BL from two dimensions to three dimensions based on the base point data table; and (5) constructing a three-dimensional continuous geologic body and a three-dimensional sharp geologic body based on a Morphing trilateral method.
