The method comprises the following steps: collecting mountainous area wind field actual measurement point real-time wind condition data; substituting the real-time transient wind condition data into a real-time transient wind condition data forecasting model; and generating real-time transient wind condition forecasting data of the to-be-forecasted point. The real-time transient wind condition data forecasting model is established through the following steps: establishing a digital geometric model of a mountainous area wind field to be forecasted; performing full-wind-direction and full-wind-speed numerical calculation on the digital geometric model of the mountainous area wind field by using a computational fluid mechanics method, and establishing a wind environment simulation database of the mountainous area wind field; extracting simulation wind condition da
