The invention provides a GPS carrier phase multipath error correction method and device. The method comprises the following steps: solving an observation value of a reference day for any target satellite passing through a target observation point, and obtaining a double-difference observation value; determining a carrier ambiguity value based on the double-difference observation value, and fittinga double-difference residual error after the carrier ambiguity value is determined; converting the post-fitting double-difference residual error into a post-fitting single-difference residual error;classifying the post-fitting single-error residuals based on the carrier-to-noise ratio, and denoising the various post-fitting single-error residuals to obtain multipath error correction models corresponding to all target satellites in the reference day; and correcting the carrier phase multipath error of the corresponding satellite under the observation sun by using each multipath error correction model.
