The cleaning and cladding combined machining equipment comprisesa machine table, a clamping base, a laser cladding head, a laser cleaning head and a laser device, wherein the clamping base is rotationally arranged on the machine table and used for clamping the hydraulic oil cylinder to be machined, the laser cladding head and the laser cleaning head are driven by a mechanical arm to move, and the laser device emits laser beams. The laser cladding head comprises a light guide base and a cladding machining head, wherein the near end of the light guide base is connected with the laser device, and the light guide base is provided with a laser incidence channel. The cladding machining head is arranged at the far end of the light guide base.
