Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a fermentation culture medium for spores produced by peanut southern blight biocontrol bacillus. The fermentation culture medium comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass of 0.5%-1% of a carbon source, 0.5%-1% of a nitrogen source, 0.3%-0.8% of inorganic salt and the balance of distilled water, and the pH value of the fermentation medium is 6.0-8.0. The culture method for culturing spores produced by peanut southern blight biocontrol bacillus by using the fermentation culture medium for spores produced by peanut southern blight biocontrol bacillus comprises the following steps of (1) inoculating a peanut southern blight biocontrol bacillus strain on an LB culture medium flat plate to obtain an activated strain; (2) inoculating the activated straininto an LB liquid culture medium to obtain a seed solution; and (3) inoculating the seed solution into a fermentation culture medium for culturing, wherein the liquid filling amount of the culture medium is 40-80mL/250mL. The
