The polisher comprises a fixing cylinder, a pushing cylinder, a polishing disc and a driving rod, wherein an outer diameter of the fixing cylinder is larger than an inner diameter of a cable hole, one end of the pushing cylinder stretches into the fixing cylinder, the pushing cylinder can move in the axial direction relative to the fixing cylinder, one end of the driving rod is connected with the polishing disc, the other end of the driving rod penetrates through the fixing cylinder and then abuts against the interior of the pushing cylinder, an external thread is formed in the outer wall of the middle of the driving rod, an internal threaded hole matching the external thread is formed in the fixing cylinder, and the pushing cylindermoves relative to the fixing cylinder along an axis to drive the polishing disc to rotate for polishing.
