The invention relates to a preparation method of a caprolactam hydrofining catalyst, the caprolactam hydrofining catalyst and a method for refining caprolactam by using the caprolactam hydrofining catalyst. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) loading a precursor of a main active component on a carrier through impregnation; 2) depositing a reactant on the carrier; and 3) carrying out washing, filtering, drying, primary roasting, forming, secondary roasting and reducing on the carrier deposited with the reactant in the step 2) to obtain the catalyst loaded with the main active component and the auxiliary active component on the carrier.
