In the device, 380V three-phase alternating current is adopted to supply power to the alternating current direct connection LED driving ICs, three phases in the 380V three-phase alternating current are respectively matched with the three 380V alternating current directconnection LED driving ICs to drive the three groups of same LED lamp strings, and the frequency of the output power of the alternating current direct connection LED driving ICs is increased to 300Hzthrough a superposition mode by utilizing the phase characteristics of the 380V three-phase alternating current.
