The invention relates to a radio air monitoring system and method based on an unmanned aerial vehicle. The system comprises the unmanned aerial vehicle, a radio monitoring device, an antenna, a receiver, a data transfer radio and a terminal integrating unmanned aerial vehicle control and radio monitoring.
