Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a mining area mining and governance effect monitoring method and device, and the method comprises the steps: determining the change track features of biophysical indexes of all mining area distribution ranges along with time after the target vector data of a mining area and the raster data of all biophysical indexes are obtained; and according to the ratio of the high-dynamic high-sensitivity vegetation index to the sensitive non-vegetation index in the biophysical indexes, obtaining an environment monitoring index, and based on the environment monitoring index, obtaining a grid value used for representing mining and governance effects of the mining area.
