The invention discloses an intelligent question-answering system, which comprises a topic model module and a question-answering model module, and is characterized in that the topic model module takesquestion information as input and outputs topic information corresponding to the question information; and the question-answering model module is used for processing the question information and the topic information corresponding to the question information through a joint attention mechanism by taking the question information and the topic information corresponding to the question information asinput to obtain answer information corresponding to the question information.
