The method for preparing metabolites of the burkholderia cenocepacia comprises the following steps: activating burkholderia cenocepacia, mixing the activated burkholderia cenocepacia with a liquid fermentation medium, performing primary fermentation, mixing the fermented burkholderia cenocepaciawith macroporous resin, and performing secondary fermentation to obtain a fermentation broth; performing solid-liquid separation on the fermentation broth to obtain a solid mixture; and contacting thesolid mixture with an organic solvent, performing extraction to obtain an extracted solution, concentrating the extracted solution, performing centrifuge and filtration to obtain metabolites of the burkholderia cenocepacia.
