Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a polyvinylidene fluoride-based conductive composite material and a PTC element. According to the polyvinylidene fluoride-based conductive composite material, a polyvinylidenefluoride(PVDF)matrix has a positive temperature coefficient(PTC)effect, and the resistivity at the ambient temperature of 25 DEG C is not greater than 10 omega.cm. The polyvinylidene fluoride-based conductive composite material comprises the following components: PVDF which is a first component polymer and accounts for 20-70% of the volume fraction of the polyvinylidene fluoride-based conductive composite material; a pre-irradiated cross-linked fluorine-containing polymer accounting for 1-20% of the volume fraction of the polyvinylidene fluoride-based conductive composite material; and a conductive filler, wherein the volume fraction of the conductive filler is 25-80%.
