Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for preparing Ce:YAG fluorescent ceramic through laser sintering. The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing reaction raw materials according to the stoichiometric ratio of each element in a chemical structural formula (CexY1-x)3Al5O12, wherein x is the atomic percent of Ce doped into a Y crystal lattice position, and x is more than 0.01 and less than 0.1; mixing the reaction raw materials with ethanol, and performing ball milling; conducting drying and cooling, conducting mixing with a plasticizer and polyvinyl alcohol solution, and conducting grinding to obtain precursor powder; drying the precursor powder at high temperature; and conducting pressing to form a flaky biscuit by adopting a dry pressing method; placing the flaky biscuit on a YAG ceramic gasket, sintering the two sides of the biscuit by using a laser to obtain a Ce:YAG fluorescent ceramic sample, and performing single-side polishing on the Ce:YAG fluorescent ceramic sample without annealing t |
