The movable lifting machine comprises two lifting bases, wherein U-shaped slots are formed inside the two lifting bases; inner walls of the U-shaped slots are in sliding connection to U-shaped dual-tooth racks; first gears are engaged with upper side tooth slots of the U-shaped dual-tooth racks; the outer walls of the two sidesof each first gear are connected to extrusion pieces through bolts; the lower sides of the U-shaped dual-tooth racks are engaged with second gears; and centers of the second gears are connected to rotary shafts through bolts. The movable lifting machine can achieve certain supporting effect for a dropping car, prevents the perpendicular dropping car from injuring repair staff below, improves an integral safety coefficient of the lifting machine, can avoid a condition that the car drops again due to insufficient elastic force of a return spring, can conveniently regulate the position, is beneficial for repairing diffe
