Enhanced anti-pollution low-cost ultrafiltration membrane and preparation method thereof

The invention provides an enhanced anti-pollution low-cost ultrafiltration membrane and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, cleaning a discarded hollow fiber membrane; s2, dissolving first hydrophobic resin and first hydrophilic resin in a first solvent to obtain an ultrafiltration layer coating solution; s3, dissolving second hydrophobic resin and second hydrophilic resin in a second solvent to obtain a dilute solution, and dropwise adding a gel into the dilute solution until the gel forms an emulsion to obtain a microfiltration layer coating solution; and S4, coating the cleaned hollow fiber membrane with the micro-filtration layer coating solution in a dip-coating manner, then air-drying the hollow fiber membrane, then putting the hollow fiber membrane into the ultra-filtration layer coating solution for dip-coating, and drying the hollow fiber membrane to obtain the enhanced anti-pollution low-cost ultra-filtration membrane.
