The method comprises the following steps: step 1, establishing a Bell coding camera radiation transfer matrix; 2, performing interpolation reduction on the Bell coded image; 3, performing space target segmentation and extraction, and eliminating invalid image backgrounds ; and 4, resolving the photometric data of the space target, reversely solving by using the radiation matrix to obtain the radiance characteristics of the target, substituting the radiance characteristics into the basic parameters of the camera, andperforming inversion calculation to obtain the photometric information of the target.
