The method comprises a lower operation table and an upper operation table; the upper operation table is fixedly connected to the upper end of the lower operation table; a gear motor is fixedly connected to the upper operation table, the gear motor is connected with a gear in a meshed mode, the gear is connected to a connecting column, and a hydraulic device is fixedly connected to the top end of the connecting column, so that tests such as independent stretching and bending of the marine flexible pipe cable can be achieved, and combined tests under various test working conditions can also be conducted. For example, a stretch bending test, a friction test, an abrasion test and a multi-working-condition composite test are carried out; the radius of the clamping device of the device can be adjusted, various pipelines with different pipe diameters can be tested, and composite tests in various different
