Diffusion type steam through holes with small inner hole diameters and large outer hole diameters are formed in the steam distributing structure fixing device and the steam blocking structure fixing device. Steam of a high-pressure and high-speed direct-flushing heater steel pipeis turned through the split steam distributing structure, and the probability that high-pressure and high-speed steam directly flushes a heater heat exchange pipe is reduced. Meanwhile, through the steam inlet diffusion space and the diffusion type steam through holes, the steam flow speed is reduced, and erosion to the heater heat exchange pipe is reduced.
