Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses primers, probe, method and kit for identifying and detecting components of medicago. According to the invention, the primers and the probe are designed by screening a specificsequence of a single-copy gene PO22 of the medicago; the specific real-time fluorescent PCR detection method for the components of the medicago is established; the method has the advantages of good specificity, high sensitivity, good repeatability and the like; and the minimum quantitative detection lower limit is 24 copies. The method can be applied to identification and detection of medicago components in an easily confused medicago product, and can also be applied to qualitative and quantitative detection of transgenic medicago as a medicago endogenous gene detection method. 本发明公开了一种苜蓿成分鉴定检测用引物、探针、方法和试剂盒。本发明筛选苜蓿单拷贝基因PO22特异性序列设计引物和探针,建立苜蓿成分特异性实时荧光PCR检测方法,具有特异性好、灵敏度高、可重复性良好等优点,最低定量检测下限为24拷贝。该方法可应用于苜蓿易混品中苜蓿成分的鉴别检测,还可作为苜蓿内源基因检测方法应用于转基因苜蓿定性及定量检测。
