Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of radioactive waste treatment, and relates to a diluent and a hydrogenation preparation method thereof, and a composition. The method comprises the following steps: (1) by taking isoolefin and hydrogen as raw materials, carrying out a reaction under the action of a catalyst to generate saturated chain hydrocarbon; and (2) rectifying the generated saturated chain hydrocarbon through a rectifying tower to separate a middle fraction so as to obtain the diluent.
