Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a yarn cutting machine for producing mop strips and a using method of the yarn cutting machine. The yarn cutting machine comprises a machine body and a discharging mechanism connected with the outlet end of the machine body. The machine body is sequentially provided with a feeding mechanism, an elasticity detection mechanism, a rotary winding mechanism and a cutting mechanism according to the working sequence, and the elasticity detection mechanism is located at the lower end of the feeding mechanism. The mop strips enter the elasticity detection mechanism from the outlet end of the feeding mechanism and extend out of the outlet end of the elasticity detection mechanism, a first transmission roller and a second transmission roller are arranged at the top of the machine body, the first transmission roller is close to the rotary winding mechanism, and the second transmission roller is close to the outlet end of the machine body.
