The detection device comprises a base, a first measuring electrode, a second measuring electrode, a resistance measuring unit, a moving mechanism and a controller, wherein the controller and the resistance measuring unit are arranged in the base, and the first measuring electrode, the moving mechanism and the second measuring electrode are arranged on the base; the first measuring electrode, the moving mechanism and the second measuring electrode are located on the same straight line, the first measuring electrode comprises a first base and a first measuring ring which are electrically connected, the second measuring electrodecomprises a second base and a second measuring ring which are electrically connected, and the resistance measuring unit is electrically connected with the first base and the second base; and the moving mechanism comprises a d
