The method comprises the following steps that an acceleration sensor obtains an acceleration time curve of an instrument board structure model in the impact process of impacting a steering column protective cover assembly; a high-speed camera monitors that the instrument board structure model is in contactwith the steering column protective cover assembly until the crumple test of the steering column protective cover assembly is finished, the time of the crumple test of the steering column protective cover assembly and the intrusion displacement of the instrument board structure model impacting the steering column protective cover assembly are obtained, and a displacement time curve is obtained; and according to the acceleration time curve and the displacement time curve, a force displacement curve is obtained, and the force displacement curve is used for obtaining the maximum crumple force ofthe steering column shield |
