A sheet embedding groove of the movable inclined elastic sheet is formed in one side of the sheet pressing block, the movable inclined elastic sheet is matched with the sheet embedding groove, one end of the movable inclined elastic sheet is riveted in the sheet embedding groove in an overlapped mode, and sheet angle supporting teeth at the bottom of the steam seal body are matched with a rotor.
