The invention relates to lactobacillus mixed high-density fermentation and preparation of a lactobacillus compound bacterium preparation. Specifically, the invention provides a microbial fermentationmethod. The microbial fermentation method comprises the following steps: (1) respectively inoculating an improved MRS liquid culture medium with one or more different seed bacteria, and performing culturing to obtain one or more different seed bacterial solutions; and (2) adding the one or more different seed bacterial solutions into a fermentation culture medium, and performing fermenting to obtain a fermentation solution. The improved MRS liquid culture medium comprises 12-18g/L of peptone, 12-18g/L of beef extracts, 7-15g/L of yeast extracts, 20-60g/L of glucose and water.
