The invention aims to solve the technical problem of poor high-temperature resistance of the ceramic precursor prepared by the existing method. The method comprises the following steps: synthesizing a SiZrBOC multi-element ceramic precursor by adopting a sol-gel method, and then carrying out high-temperature pyrolysis to obtain the high-temperature-resistant SiZrBOC five-element ceramic. When the SiZrBOC precursor is prepared, elements such as C, O, B, Zr, Si and the like can be bonded into a macromolecular network structure, and the introduction of Zr effectively improves the thermal stability of the SiZrBOC ceramic precursor. The preparation method is used for preparing the high-temperature-resistant SiZrBOC ceramic material.
