Zusammenfassung: | A preparation method of a carbonyl iron and nickle removal protective agent for methanol synthesis belongs to the technical field of catalysts. Newly prepared modified particles are introduced in advance, and neutralization conditions and aging conditions in the preparation process of the carrier are controlled, so that the carbonyl iron and nickle removal protective agent which is suitable for surface acid-base adsorption and suitable for methanol synthesis is obtained. The preparation method mainly comprises the following steps of: adding alkali liquor into a soluble aluminum salt solution which contains modified particles and does not contain S and Cl impurities, neutralizing to a pH control end point, aging, and washing with deionized water to obtain a protective agent carrier; and directly mixing the carrier with a Cu/Zn-containing basic carbonate master batch, and carrying out washing, filtering, drying, roasting and molding to obtain the carbonyl iron and nickle removal protective agent.
